CCI has provided expert witness evidence for arbitrations and public inquiries.

CCI gave evidence to the Beauly-Denny public inquiry in Scotland. This was at that time (2007) the largest planning public inquiry to take place in Scotland. CCI ‘s consultant gave evidence on the use, cost and impact of 275kV underground cables.
